Equipment provided or you can bring your own yoga mat for appropriate classes. You do not need to wear gym clothing for Somatics classes but please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Somatic Yoga Classes

A blend of Somatics and Hatha Yoga, Somatic Yoga is a system of mindful movements designed to increase awareness of the body and mind during postures, creating comfort, and building strength and flexibility.

Tai Chi Gong

Tai Chi Gong is a gentle combination of Tai Chi and Chi Gong movements (which coordinate slow movements with breathing, visualizations, meridian tapping, chanting and guided meditation. It is designed to heal the body, relax the mind, and bring clarity to one’s perception. The exercises in this class are gentle, calming, holistic and easy to follow and highly effective for pain and stress. There are sitting and standing parts to this class.
