Classes held at the Movement Room, 303B – 80 Station St., Duncan BC.

Equipment provided or you can bring your own yoga mat for appropriate classes. You do not need to wear gym clothing for Somatics classes but please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Somatic Yoga Classes

A blend of Somatics and Hatha Yoga, Somatic Yoga is a system of mindful movements designed to increase awareness of the body and mind during postures, creating comfort, and building strength and flexibility.

Please note: During the summer months class offerings are much more limited than the rest of the year. Please check back later for the extensive autumn schedule.

Applied Somatics Classes

Somatic Movement Education is a gentle system of movements performed lying down to relieve tension and pain and improve movement, posture and flexibility.  It is a helpful process to prepare you to enjoy other activities and live with more comfort.
