Equipment provided or you can bring your own yoga mat for appropriate classes. You do not need to wear gym clothing for Somatics classes but please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Somatic Yoga Classes

A blend of Somatics and Hatha Yoga, Somatic Yoga is a system of mindful movements designed to increase awareness of the body and mind during postures, creating comfort, and building strength and flexibility.

Tai Chi Gong

A combination of Tai Chi, Chi Gong, chanting, meridian tapping, guided mediation and education (on a variety of health issues, lifestyles, etc.). It is designed to heal the body, calm the mind, and bring clarity to one’s perception. The exercises in this class are gentle, calming, holistic and easy to follow and highly effective for pain and stress. There are sitting and standing components to this class. Jet continuously brings different exercises to his class as he continues to learn and evolve his style of spontaneous and creative teaching.

Applied Somatics Classes

Somatic Movement Education is a gentle system of movements performed lying down to relieve tension and pain and improve movement, posture and flexibility.  It is a helpful process to prepare you to enjoy other activities and live with more comfort.
